Internal Circuit Heat Exchangers
This internal circuit heat exchanger is suitable for those who already have plant cooling water. It isolates the clean water (DI water) required by the induction system from the plant cooling water. All along the direct contact DI water passage are stainless steel made tank, pipe, flange, pump and plate heat exchanger to keep the water from contaminated. After taking away the heat from induction systems, warm process water enters through the plate heat exchanger to be cooled down by plant cooling water which comes from outdoor, and then go back to the induction system.
